Frequently Asked Questions

General

Is credit repair legal?

Yes. You have the right under FCRA (US), CIC Act (India), and similar laws globally to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report. Credit repair is a legitimate, regulated service.

How long does it take?

Most disputes resolve in 30–45 days. Full repair varies by profile — typically 3–6 months for significant improvement. We give you a realistic timeline during your free consultation.

Will this hurt my score?

No. Filing disputes does not lower your score. In rare cases, a disputed item may be temporarily marked, but the goal is removal of inaccurate negatives.

Can you guarantee results?

No — and anyone who does is not being honest. What we do guarantee: a full refund if a dispute we file doesn't resolve in your favor. No win, no fee.

Pricing

Why per-trade instead of monthly fees?

You pay for work done, not time passing. There's no incentive for us to drag things out. Most US companies charge $79–$129/month indefinitely — we don't.

What if a dispute fails?

You receive a full refund for that trade's fee. No questions asked. This is our risk, not yours.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. 15 minutes, no card required, no obligation. We'll tell you exactly what's fixable on your report.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, for multi-trade engagements. We can discuss flexible payment options during your consultation.

Process

Why do you need my PAN/SSN?

To pull your credit report from the bureau. We cannot access it without your identity verification and explicit consent. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Why is OTP required?

Bureaus send an OTP to your registered phone/email to authorize the report pull. We coordinate this with you — it takes 2 minutes.

Can I do this myself?

Yes, you can dispute directly with bureaus. We save you time, handle complexity, know which items to target for maximum impact, and offer refund protection if a dispute fails.

How do I track progress?

Every client gets portal access where you can see active disputes, status updates, documents, score history, and messages with your analyst.

Legal

Is my data secure?

PAN/SSN is encrypted in transit (SSL) and at rest (AES-256). We comply with DPDP Act (India), GDPR principles, and FCRA data handling requirements. Your data is never shared with third parties.

Are you licensed?

We operate as a credit repair services provider. Our analysts hold FCRA/FDCPA certifications for US work. We comply with all applicable local regulations in every market we serve.
